Office of the Secretariat
The Office of the Secretariat, supervised directed by the President, is a staffing unit responsible for coordinating and facilitating the implementation of the university policies.
The Office also serves as the liaison between the governors, administration, university constituent groups and the outside communities.    
 
Duties

Arrange the President's and Vice-President's schedules, confidential documents and correspondence.

 Handle the President's letters in both Chinese and English.

 Organize agenda and maintain the minutes of a variety of meetings on the matter of the university affairs, administration and executive.

 Act as the liaison and coordinate matters concerning affected administrative offices.

 Review official documents.

 Edit the express news, university correspondence and university brochures in Chinese and English.

 Conduct many details related to various ceremonies.

 Provide support to the Budget Committee.

 Improve administrative quality of the Office in terms of function, process, and services.

 Edit the standard operation procedure (SOP).
